Terms of Service
These terms apply to NETRUNNER://CCNA ("the game"). By playing, you accept them. Last updated 28 September 2026.
1. What the game is
A free, non-commercial art project and study aid for people preparing for the Cisco CCNA exam. It is a work of fiction. All people, places and events in the story are invented.
2. Free to play
The game is free. Nothing in it is sold. In-game money ("creds") has no real value and cannot be bought, sold or exchanged for real money.
3. Donations
- Donations are voluntary gifts to support the project. They are not a purchase.
- A donation does not buy any feature, content, advantage, service or support.
- Donations are not refundable, except where the law says they must be.
- Donations are processed by a third-party payment service under its own terms.
4. Study aid only
The game helps you study. It does not replace official study material and does not promise that you will pass any exam. Network examples are simplified. Do not use them on real networks without checking them first.
5. Fan art, not affiliated
The game is an independent, non-commercial fan art project and study aid, made as a tribute to the cyberpunk genre. It is not made, endorsed, sponsored or approved by, or connected with, any company or person named below or any owner of a cyberpunk or "Netrunner" game, book, film or other product.
- "Netrunner" is used only as a genre word for a hacker in cyberpunk fiction. It is not used to name, copy or suggest any product. "Netrunner", "Cyberpunk" and related names may be trademarks of their owners.
- CCNA, Cisco, IOS and Packet Tracer are trademarks of Cisco Systems, Inc.
- Google and Google Drive are trademarks of Google LLC.
- All other names and trademarks belong to their owners. Their use here is for identification and commentary only.
The story, characters, art and code of the game are original work. Study material from other free sources is credited to its authors.
6. Rights holders
We respect the rights of others. If you own a name, mark or work and have a concern about how the game uses it, email metaseonso@gmail.com. We will reply promptly and, where appropriate, change or remove the name or material, including the name of the game. The name of the game and any part of its content can change at any time, for any reason, without notice.
7. Your account and saves
You are responsible for your handle and passcode. A local passcode only separates records on one device; it is not a security feature. Game records can be lost (for example, if you clear your browser). We are not responsible for lost progress.
8. Fair use
Do not try to break, overload or misuse the site, and do not use it to harm others.
9. No warranty
The game is given "as is", with no warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, the author is not liable for any loss or damage from using the game.
10. Changes
These terms can change. The new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
